She always showed love and kindness to people. It was in the middle of the summer, and we were at work. The air conditioner was not working on the floor. At the time my hair was down past my shoulders. Sweat was running down my neck and my hair was sticking to my neck, Bernice said “ come on girl let’s get something done with that hair”, she proceeded to French braid my hair. Then stopped and “ you white girls hair is awful, you put one braid and it just falls out, but it won’t when I get done, we both just laugh. I truly loved working with her. May she rest in peace.
