Benitiez Kevin Lamar Williams, 39, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, June 4, 2021. He attended Howard High School and Chattanooga State Community College. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dorris Hill and Edward Williams, II; great-grandmother, Mozella Johnson; uncle, Zachary Williams; aunts, Sandra Bush, Jackie Johnson, and Barbara Mitchell; cousins, Dannique Watkins and Kentrell Provens. Survivors include his son, Benitiez Burks; daughters, Makaiya Burks and Shnyah Burks; father, Kevin Hill; mother, Moneica Williams, all of Chattanooga; grandmother, Joyce Johnson; sisters, HenNesha Reed and Unike Williams, both of Knoxville, TN; uncles, Edward Williams, III of Knoxville, David Williams, Dennis Hill, and Rodney Hill, all of Chattanooga; aunts, Theresa (Lonnie) Provens of Chickamauga, GA, Janice Williams, Kimberly (Michael) Bethune, Dianna Gates, Marilyn Hill, Lisa Hill, Carolyn Hill, and Brenda Hill, all of Chattanooga; a host of cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor Brandon Malone will serve as the eulogist.
