Barbara "Bobbie" Jean Meredith's Obituary
Barbara “Bobbie” Jean Meredith, of Chattanooga, passed away Friday, January 14, 2022, in Memorial Hospital. She was born to the union of William and Emma Nicholson on July 3, 1934. She was a previous member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elverth Meredith; parents, William and Emma Nicholson; son, Clyde Shell; daughters, Jeanette Meredith and Valerie Meredith. Mrs. Meredith leaves to cherish her memories her son, William Shell; stepson, David (Carol) Meredith, both of Chattanooga; grandsons, Kevin Shell of Seattle, WA, Korey Shell of Washington, DC, Kacy Shell of Los Angeles, CA, and Demetric Meredith of Chattanooga; granddaughter, Regina (James) Alston, of Nashville, TN; devoted nephew, Adam Colbert; and host of other relatives and friends. Minister David Meredith will serve as the eulogist.
