Barbara Ree Kirby's Obituary
Barbara Ree Kirby, 72, of Chattanooga, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022, at her son’s residence. She was a 1970 graduate of Howard High School. She was a member of Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church where she was on the Usher’s Board. Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Ollie McCaulley, Sr.; mother, Rosetta Anderson; sisters, Annie Miller, Geraldine McCaulley, and Fannie Mae Miller; aunt, Cora “Bay” McCaulley; and uncles, Larry McCaulley, Jr. and Comer “Buddy” McCaulley. Survivors include husband of 12 years, Robert Kirby, Sr.; son, Robert Kirby, Jr.; daughters, Patrice McCaulley and Jennifer Kirby; grandchildren, Ashley Davenport, Brittany Kirby, Destiny Smith, Robert Kirby, III, Jatavius Davis, and Ryan Kirby; great-grandchildren, Keyton Smith, Mazii Borngne, Sameyah Allen, and Arryian Smith; brothers, Ollie McCaulley, Jr., Darrell Miller, Ricky Miller, Tyron Miller, Levy Miller, Jr., and Larry Miller; sisters, Margarette “Baldy” Gains, Gertrude Miller, Dorothy (Anthony) Rainey, and Elizabeth Miller; uncles, Melvin Ragland and James Earl Ragland; nieces, Vanessa Lowery and Felicia McCaulley; a host of cousins; other relatives and friends. Pastor Ronnie Bullard will be the eulogist.
