Ms. Barbara Ann Douglas' Obituary
Barbara Ann Douglas, 70, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, December 9, 2019 in a local healthcare facility. She was a 1966 graduate of Riverside High School. She was a member of Olivet Baptist Church. Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Anthony Douglas; father, Thomas Owens, Sr; mother, Cora Havis; grandmother, Lula Hill; brother, Jimmy Taylor; sister, Shirley Owens. Survivors include her sons, Robert (Vinci) Douglas, Jr. and Kirk Douglas, Sr.; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, all of Chattanooga; brothers, Thomas Owens, Jr. of Chattanooga, Milton Havis and Willis Havis, both of Huntsville, Al; sisters, Linda Taylor of Chattanooga and Doris Havis of Huntsville; a host of nephews; nieces; other relatives and friends. She will lie-in-state on Monday at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. in Lakewood Memory Gardens with Brother Jimmie Ingram as the eulogist.
