I will truly miss the opportunity to speak with him again and hear him tell me about a time I cherish in my life but wasn’t there. He made me so comfortable when I found out Debra was my cousin. The understanding he gave when I couldn’t be there to celebrate her life. I’m convinced they are enjoying eternity as they loved in life. He’s a man I considered and will always call Cousin and think of when I hear Chattanooga.It’s the home where my ancestors lived and sacrificed. I’m going to miss knowing my connection and pray my family stays in touch.
Charlie and I served with him at the Garrison on 23rd Street and Desert Storm. He was a very likeable and comical guy. A joy to be around.He will be missed. GOD's blessings be with the family.
I will never get Christmas 2022 when first met my uncle was so amaze to meet me he keep looking at and told you look just like my grandmother and his mother… From that day we have keep in touch with each other and talk almost every other day since then … I going to miss him because he was a great uncle but a great person to talk too … Love you uncle …
