Anthony Lebron Brown's Obituary
Anthony Lebron Brown, 56, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2023. He graduated from Howard High School class of 1985. Anthony attended ETSU and Fayetteville State College. He attended New Covenant Fellowship Church and was a member of the Phoenix Masonic Lodge #6. Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Walter Wallace and brother, Maurice Wallace. Cherishing his memories are his wife of 12 years, Chee Chee Brown; daughters, Jazmun Sihnay Brown and Asia Brown, both of Winston-Salem, NC; stepchildren, Taneka Bell, Quanna Lazenby, and Ladarius Hollingsworth; mother, Gwendolyn Smith; brother, Gregory Smith; stepbrothers, Marvin Wallace and Aaron (Corita) Wallace; brother-in-law, Ulysses Lazenby; sisters, Kimberly (Gerald) Few and Shon (Laymon) Smith; stepsister, April Jackson; uncles, Darrell Menifee, Frederick Menifee, Marvin Menifee, and Willie Lee Menifee; aunts, Charlotte Brown, Joyce Brown, Faye Brown, and Willie Ruth Menifee; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Anthony will lie-in-state on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. Funeral service to follow at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Kenneth Simpson as the eulogist.
