Annie Mozell Snead's Obituary
Annie Mozell Snead, 89, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, March 10, 2021 in the Hospice Care Center. She was a member of Kingdom Ministries. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Snead; children, Beverly Brooks and Dennis Beaty; parents, Ellow Saffo and Lillie Robinson. Survivors include her sons, Horace “Butch” (Mary) Beaty, Jr., Forrest Beaty, both of Atlanta, GA; daughters, Gwen Wells, Freda Beaty, Cheryl Snead, all of Atlanta, Mae (Richard) Sanders of Chattanooga, and Charlene Brown of North Carolina; 21 grandchildren; over 40 great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; brother, Reverend Forrest Saffo of Atlanta; adopted daughter, Elaine Powe; a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends. Reverend George Cornell Saffo will serve as the eulogist.
