Angelica “Jel” Nichelle Webb, 37, of Chattanooga, passed away Monday, April 10, 2023. She attended Howard High School. Angelica was formerly employed by Tracks Inn as a Prep Chef. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, JoAnn Webb, Lurlene Billingsley, Bee Webb, and Charles Cummings. Survivors include son, Jontae Duckett of Ringgold, GA; father, Cedric Billingsley of Chattanooga; mother, Lisa Webb of Chattanooga; stepfather, Richard Powell; brothers, Christopher Powell, Tramil Davis, both of Chattanooga, Cedric Bivens of Miami, FL, Tavares McMath, and Taurus McMath, both of Rochester, NY; sisters, Keisha Powell of Ringgold, Kimberly Powell of Jasper, TN, Miesha Allen of Chattanooga, and Gabriel Fazier of Mississippi; uncles, Ronnie Billinglsey, Herbauchie Cummings, both of Chattanooga, Joe Webb of East Ridge, TN, Lebron Webb, Bobby Webb, both of South Pittsburg, TN, and Stacy Cummings of Rossville, GA; aunts, Crystal Cox of Rossville; cousins, Jennifer, Aaron, Ashley, Ayla, and Jeremy; best friend, Maurice Jones; a host of other relatives and friends. There will be no service.
