I worked for the City of Chattanooga in the Data Processing Division for 30 years. Alice was with the Human Resources Division, and many times I worked closely with Alice. She was always the go-to person for new computer program development or changes to existing computer programming.
I remember her as being a caring person and very gracious. She was always upbeat and could handle problems by coming up with a good solution. I have many fond memories of our work relationship. Rest In Pease dear Alice. Jim Rosenbloom
Mrs. Spence was my first supervisor on my very first job for the City of Chattanooga. I learned so much from her. She was a wonderful person and will be greatly missed. To all of her children, you are in my thoughts and prayers.
