David Lee Flannigan, Sr., 55, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023, in an Atlanta, Georgia hospital. He was a 1985 graduate of City High School. David received his Associate Degree in Applied Science from De Read Obituary
David and Lillian started as our dear friends, but I’ve known y’all 30+ years, we love and act more like family. The fond memories (Christmas in New York, and Florida) will be with me and Dill always. Thank you for reminding us about the true meaning of family, also for choosing us to be the Godparents: DJ, Terechell, Tatiana – we’re here for each one of you.
